At RASE Technical Training Centre, we value your trust and commitment. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds across our training programs, events, and product purchases.
1. Training Bookings:
No cancellations are allowed for training registrations. However, participants may request to postpone their participation to the next available training program once.
Requests to postpone training attendance must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled start date.
Postponement requests made later than 15 days before the start date may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Event Registrations:
No cancellations are permitted for event registrations.
3. Product Purchases (Books, Materials, etc.):
Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and the standard refund policy will apply.

Refunds are not available for training bookings unless RASE Technical Training Centre cancels the training program.
If eligible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Product Purchases:
Refunds are available within 5 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
